Community Management Group recently hired a horticulturalist to assist in addressing some of the landscaping issues that we’ve seen in many of our communities this spring. My colleague, The Greenery and I walked the entire property last week to notate all of the areas of concern. We have compiled a list of the troubled areas and suggestions were brought to the table for possible resolutions. The Greenery will put together proposals for the areas we discussed. These will be presented to the Board for review. The Board of Directors understands and feels the same frustration regarding landscaping throughout the community. We will continue to make this a priority until all landscaping issues are resolved.
