After the June inspection it was determined that the base of the units have excessive moisture. It was discussed that the landscapers can pull the pine straw away from the building allowing 6 inches of clearance. Once this has been completed Black Pest Control will conduct a follow up inspection. They are confident that this will resolve the moisture issue. However, it was also discovered that Formosan termites are not included in the original contract that was established in 2002. Black Pest Control is putting together a new contract that will include Formosan termites as well as an increase in damage coverage. The new contract will be presented to the Board for consideration.
