Below is a description of a recent incident at
A homeowner in building 4000 is advertising for a new tenant. A woman knocked on the door and practically demanded the current tenant (who is in the process of moving out soon) to show her the unit. The tenant refused and referred the woman to the unit owner.
The unit owner contacted the woman and offered to show her another unit in RP available now for rent, but the woman said no...only
About 10 minutes later a man who arrived in a car knocked on the tenant's door and also wanted to be shown the unit, and again the tenant refused.
We believe these two could be in cahoots with no-good intentions. I just wanted to alert you all to be aware of this. Report any suspicious persons or activity to the police at once, and never EVER allow a stranger into your home.
Thank you,
