Community Updates

1. Termite Bond-The Board sought bids to install a termite baiting system throughout the community.  They signed a contract with Home Team Pest Defense.  You may have already seen them on property preparing the baiting stations.  Home Team will also be handling the quarterly pest control. 
2. Landscaping-The Board received several bids for the landscape contract.  The Greenery will continue servicing the property through the end of February.  New Leaf will begin March 1^st.
3. Bees Ferry Road Expansion-The County presented an offer to purchase the land.  The Association’s attorney consulted with the Board and the Association’s appraiser before deciding to reject the offer.  At this point the case has been turned over to the County’s legal department.  The price will be determined by the courts. 
4. Annual Meeting-The Annual Meeting is planned for Wednesday, March 9^th at the St. Andrews Regional Library located at 1735 N. Woodmere Dr.  A formal meeting notice will be mailed within the next few weeks.
