The Association’s attorneys have received a copy of the Condemnation suit sent by Bernard Ferrara, Esq., Charleston County Assistant Attorney, to the Clerk for filing. They filed a Notice of Appearance and are in the process of sending out the standard discovery and copy of the pleadings. In short, the legal process has finally begun. All updates will be posted on the blog.
