Two representatives from the new landscape company, Charleston Landscape, met with Community Management Group’s staff horticulturist, the Board President and me to do a complete and thorough walkthrough of the property. There are many areas that need improvement, but some of the fist things you’ll notice being done are listed below. Charleston Landscape’s contract begins on February 1st and the Board is eager to see these improvements.
First Visit-Leaf removal and pruning of all perennial plants to proper height.
Second Visit-Prune all Crape Myrtles, Liriope Grasses, clean all Asain Jasmine from buildings and gutters and trimming of the Asian Jasmine below siding on all units.
Third Visit-Mow, edge and apply pre-emergent for spring and summer weeds.
Forth Visit-Prune all shrubbery, trim and prune all courtyards properly and remove overgrowth in courtyards.
Respectfully,
Jennifer Seabrook
