There have been two recent incidences of major water damage to three Radcliffe units. Please be sure to inspect all of your water connections to avoid any disastrous accidents. The most common cause of in-home floods are hot water heaters, washing machine hookups and dishwasher hookups. Again, you should have all of the water connections in your unit checked periodically or at the very least annually .
